The paparazzi is such a drag on Halloween- cameras everywhere!

Griffin was Prince Caspian and Macaulay was some sort of ghost that donned red light-up eyes. Not even out of the parking lot from our church party, the chocolate was already busted open!

Shannon's 2009 TRAINING LOG...

2.7.09 I ran 22 miles during January. Ran 2 miles today, not as much fun without Griffin.
12.25.08 1 mile run with Griffin by our library, it was good but some lung burn. This Christmas run dedicated to our dear Sister Lifferth who just had knee surgery, we're so excited for her to be mobile without knee swelling :))
12.24.09 1.5 mile run with Griffin after his basketball clinic, it was fun.
12.13.08 1 mile run (after "ultimate circuit" and free weights which about killed me)
12.8.08 4 mile run (last 2 were w/Griffin which makes it really fun... especially after a week off with a sicky boy)
11.30.08 1 mile run (with Griffin, it was fun :)
11.29.08 1 mile run then 30 min. soccer
11.28.08 1.5 mile run
11.19.08 1 mile run then racquetball
11.15.08 500 yard swim then 1.5 mile run
11.13.08 2 mile run
11.11.08 1.5 mile run

for us...life is gould!
